We are hiring a Chinese Cook for a reputed Hotel located in Ernakulam. This position is open to male candidates only. The ideal candidate should be skilled, experienced, and passionate about preparing authentic Chinese cuisine. The role involves cooking a variety of Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, soups, starters, and other continental-style items as per hotel standards. Candidates will also be responsible for menu preparation support, maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring food quality and taste consistency, and managing kitchen stock and ingredients. Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, spices, and presentation styles is essential. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle customer demand during peak hours. Experience in hotels or restaurants specializing in Chinese cuisine will be preferred. Freshers with strong culinary skills and interest in Chinese cooking may also apply.
