Job Description
We are hiring a South Indian Cook for our Three-Star Hotel located in Kadavanthra, Ernakulam. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, appam, puttu, breakfast items, curries, sambar, chutneys, and traditional meals while maintaining excellent taste and quality. The cook will be responsible for planning daily food preparation, ensuring timely service, and maintaining consistency in every dish. The role includes monitoring food quality, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following hygiene and food safety standards, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. The candidate should be able to manage kitchen operations during busy hours, coordinate with other kitchen staff, and minimize food wastage. Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work flexible shifts. Salary will be based on experience and skills. Immediate joining is preferred.
