A ladies hostel in Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Cook to prepare healthy, hygienic, and tasty meals for hostel residents. The candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen. Responsibilities include managing kitchen supplies, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, reducing food wastage, and coordinating with the hostel management for daily meal requirements. Candidates should have good knowledge of South Indian cooking; experience in preparing North Indian dishes is an added advantage. The ideal applicant should be punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently in a clean and organized manner. Prior experience in hostels, canteens, or similar establishments is preferred. Salary will be based on experience and skills.
