The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene. Key responsibilities include preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, managing food preparation activities, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring proper food storage, controlling ingredient usage, and following hotel food safety standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of South Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and menu preparation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintain consistency in food quality, and coordinate with the kitchen team is essential.
