A reputed Restaurant in Karuvannur, Thrissur is looking for an experienced and skilled Porotta Maker to join our kitchen team. We prefer male candidates who have good knowledge and experience in preparing soft, tasty, and quality porottas. The responsibilities include preparing dough, making and cooking porottas, maintaining consistency in taste and quality, following kitchen hygiene standards, managing work during busy service hours, and supporting overall kitchen operations. Candidates should have good cooking skills, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Previous experience as a porotta maker or kitchen staff will be preferred. Freshers with a strong interest in learning may also apply.
