This position is open to female candidates only with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing office documentation, preparing reports, maintaining customer and project records, handling correspondence, coordinating with sales, accounts, and project teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Candidates will also be responsible for data entry, file management, preparing quotations, updating databases, and assisting management with administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word, along with email communication, is essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
