We are looking for a Female Office Assistant to join our Car Detailing firm in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, welcoming customers, scheduling service appointments, maintaining customer records, preparing invoices, handling basic billing, and assisting with documentation. The candidate will also coordinate with the service team, follow up with customers regarding appointments and service updates, manage office files, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Applicants should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with MS Office. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Previous experience in office administration or customer service is an added advantage, but freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
