A reputed 3-Star Hotel is inviting applications for the position of Hotel Supervisor at its branches in Chathannoor, Kollam, and Chadayamangalam. Male/ female candidates are preferred. The Hotel Supervisor will oversee daily hotel operations, supervise front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain high hospitality standards. The role includes handling guest complaints, preparing staff schedules, monitoring cleanliness, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of the Hindi language is mandatory to communicate with guests and staff from different regions. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
