A reputed 3-Star Hotel is inviting applications for the position of Hotel Supervisor at its branches in Chathannoor, Kollam, and Chadayamangalam. Male candidates are preferred. The Hotel Supervisor will oversee daily hotel operations, supervise front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff, ensure excellent guest service, and maintain high hospitality standards. The role includes handling guest complaints, preparing staff schedules, monitoring cleanliness, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of the Hindi language is mandatory to communicate with guests and staff from different regions. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
