Job Description
All Round Cook position is available in a reputed resort located in Kozhikode. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes including South Indian, North Indian, and basic continental items as per the resort menu and guest requirements. The role includes breakfast, lunch, dinner preparation, snack items, and special orders for in-house guests and events. The cook must ensure food quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and portion control are maintained at all times. Responsibilities also include managing kitchen stock, checking ingredient freshness, proper storage of food items, and minimizing wastage. The candidate will assist in menu planning, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders during peak hours is essential. The ideal candidate should be experienced, disciplined, and able to work in shifts. Male candidates are preferred due to workload demands and resort kitchen operations.
