A well-established boutique in Kudavoor, Thiruvananthapuram is seeking a skilled Tailoring Staff to join our creative fashion team. The ideal candidate should have good experience in stitching, cutting, and designing ladies’ garments with attention to detail and finishing quality. Responsibilities include stitching blouses, salwar sets, gowns, and boutique-style dresses as per customer requirements, assisting in pattern making, alterations, fittings, and ensuring high-quality finishing work. The candidate should be able to understand customer measurements and design preferences accurately and deliver work within deadlines. Maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of tailoring materials and workspace is also required. Preference will be given to female candidates from Kudavoor and nearby areas with prior experience in boutique or tailoring work. Freshers with strong tailoring skills and training may also apply. Creativity, patience, and neat workmanship are essential. Salary will be based on experience and performance, with additional benefits as per company policy. Immediate joining preferred after selection.
