The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative garment designs, creating sketches, selecting fabrics, and assisting in the production of trendy collections for retail and wholesale markets. Responsibilities include researching fashion trends, preparing design presentations, coordinating with tailoring and production teams, and ensuring quality and style consistency. Candidates should have strong creativity, knowledge of fabrics, color combinations, and basic design software skills such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
