We are hiring an MS Office Expert for a reputed hospital equipment supplier located in Perinthalmanna. The ideal candidates can be male or female with a minimum of 1 year experience in MS Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. The role involves preparing reports, maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, and handling documentation related to sales, inventory, and accounts. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Excel sheets with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis for business operations. Supporting different departments by organizing and presenting data in a clear and accurate manner is a key responsibility. The role also includes maintaining digital records, preparing daily and monthly reports, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Strong typing speed, attention to detail, and good analytical skills are essential. The candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of working under deadlines.
