We are hiring an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller for our reputed Educational Institution in Perinthalmanna. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining courses and admission details to students and parents, and generating quality leads for the institution. Duties include following up on inquiries, maintaining call records, updating student databases, and achieving daily and monthly admission targets. The candidate should be confident in communication and able to convince and guide prospective students effectively. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English, a positive attitude, and strong persuasion abilities. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is required. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools will be an added advantage.
