Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Master to manage the traditional clay oven section and deliver high-quality grilled dishes and Indian breads. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and marinating meats, seafood, and vegetables using authentic spice blends, as well as kneading dough and baking items like naans, rotis, and kulchas to perfection. Your duties include maintaining the tandoor at the correct temperature, ensuring food consistency, and adhering to strict kitchen hygiene and safety standards. To qualify, you should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a professional tandoor section, possess strong physical stamina for a high-temperature kitchen environment
