We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned areas, including corridors, hallways, lobbies, and common areas, to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including desks, tables, chairs, shelves, and countertops, using appropriate cleaning products and tools. Clean and sanitize restrooms, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, replenishing supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed. Empty trash bins, waste containers, and recycling bins, disposing of garbage and recycling materials properly and following waste management guidelines. Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors using glass cleaner and microfiber cloths, ensuring streak-free and spotless surfaces. Remove stains, spills, and marks from walls, doors, and surfaces using cleaning agents and techniques appropriate for the material. Sweep and maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including walkways, entrances, parking lots, and outdoor seating areas, using brooms, blowers, and pressure washers as needed. Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting ceiling fans, wiping light fixtures, and cleaning air vents, to maintain a clean and healthy environment. Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and procedures provided by the supervisor or manager, completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks, such as deep cleaning, carpet shampooing, and floor waxing, as directed by the supervisor or management team. Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies in good condition, reporting any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor or facilities manager. Adhere to safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to hazardous substances. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and building occupants, responding to requests, inquiries, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, promoting teamwork, respect, and integrity in all interactions and activities. Requirements: No formal education or previous experience required; on-the-job training provided. Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach, and lift heavy objects, such as trash bags and cleaning equipment. Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning tasks. Dependability and reliability to report to work on time, follow schedules, and complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently or as part of a team, contributing to a clean and orderly work environment. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate cleaning schedules and special events. Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment preferred but not mandatory.
