We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and sales strategies. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, educate them on features and benefits, and generate interest. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, leads, and customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and develop rapport to understand their needs, preferences, and buying behavior. Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking events. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, such as budget, timeline, decision-making authority, and purchasing intent. Customize sales pitches and presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services. Provide accurate and detailed information about product specifications, pricing, terms, and delivery options to prospective customers. Negotiate sales terms, discounts, and payment arrangements with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets. Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospects and follow up to secure their acceptance and commitment. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales managers, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions and customer satisfaction. Update and maintain customer records, sales activities, and lead status information accurately in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and product developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and through digital communication channels. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales automation tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales pipelines. Good organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new sales techniques, strategies, and technologies. Positive attitude, resilience, and persistence to overcome objections and rejections in sales interactions. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and sales activities. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages, such as Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil, is an advantage.
