We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaning Staff to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities. Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a neat and presentable appearance. Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed, ensuring proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials. Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures, sinks, toilets, and urinals, and restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Wipe down windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to remove smudges, fingerprints, and streaks. Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and dining tables. Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor of any inventory shortages or equipment malfunctions. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace conduct. Collaborate with other cleaning staff members and team leaders to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment used in commercial cleaning operations. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks. Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with coworkers and supervisors. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Willingness to undergo training on safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and chemical handling.
