Water Purifier Technician Job Opening in Thalassery

We specialize in installing, servicing, and repairing water purifiers for residential and commercial customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Water Purifier Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal performance of our products. Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair various types of water purification systems, including RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, UV (Ultraviolet) purifiers, and water softeners. Conduct on-site visits to customers' homes or businesses to assess water quality, recommend appropriate purification solutions, and install new systems. Perform routine maintenance checks and filter replacements on existing water purifiers to ensure optimal performance and water quality. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with water purification systems, including leaks, clogs, pump failures, and electrical problems. Disassemble and reassemble water purifier components, such as membranes, filters, cartridges, valves, and pumps, for cleaning, repair, or replacement. Test water samples using appropriate equipment and methods to assess water quality and identify contaminants. Provide customers with detailed explanations of service procedures, maintenance schedules, and recommended upgrades or replacements. Educate customers on the importance of water quality and proper maintenance of water purification systems to ensure long-term functionality and health benefits. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions using digital or paper-based systems. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries while working with water purification equipment and chemicals. Collaborate with sales team members and customer service representatives to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote additional services or products. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Water Purifier Technician or similar role, preferably in the water treatment industry. Strong technical skills in installing, servicing, and repairing water purification systems. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems related to water treatment equipment. Familiarity with water quality testing methods, equipment, and standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and service calls.
