. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally. Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for staff and management. Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required. Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Oversee office facilities and equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and servicing. Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements, maintaining accurate records and receipts. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and management as needed. Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and providing administrative support. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Collaborate with HR on administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in office administration or administrative support roles. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks and data entry. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and customer service orientation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and experience handling financial transactions is a plus.
