We are currently seeking an efficient and organized individual to join our team as Office Staff. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks and providing support to various departments as needed. Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate personnel. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes. Maintain office files and records, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls for management and staff. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software as required. Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and restocking. Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and other activities. Perform basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking. Assist with basic HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Malayalam. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and data entry. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and positive attitude with a customer service orientation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
