We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial data. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management review. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgetary goals and provide recommendations for improvement. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and file statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls are in place. Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes within the organization. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the finance manager or senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
