As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement. You will be responsible for prospecting potential customers, building relationships, and promoting our products/services to meet sales targets and revenue goals. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends in the Ponnani area. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals, and follow up on inquiries to qualify prospects and convert them into sales opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing solutions that address their requirements. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals in the assigned territory. Present product/service offerings to clients in a persuasive and engaging manner, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals and secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share market insights, and optimize sales strategies and processes. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and company policies. Follow up on sales inquiries, quotes, and proposals in a timely manner, providing additional information, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections to move deals forward. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal pipelines using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts, and report on progress to management. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and expand business opportunities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities, maintaining professionalism and integrity at all times. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (X years) in field sales or B2B sales roles, preferably in the [industry or sector] sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from clients. Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed. Fluency in Malayalam; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage. Knowledge of the Ponnani market and surrounding areas is preferred.
