We are currently seeking as you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, to keep two-wheelers in optimal condition. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment, and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Conduct thorough inspections of two-wheelers to identify worn or damaged parts, leaks, and other potential issues. Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical systems. Adjust, repair, or replace carburetors, fuel injection systems, ignition systems, and other engine components. Test ride two-wheelers after repairs to ensure proper functioning and identify any additional issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours, and enter information into the computerized system. Keep the workshop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools, equipment, and supplies. Adhere to safety standards and procedures when handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in two-wheeler mechanics through training and professional development. Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions, explaining repairs, and offering maintenance advice to customers. Collaborate with other team members, including service advisors and parts specialists, to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience (X years) as a two-wheeler mechanic or in a similar role. Technical certification or diploma in automotive mechanics or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of two-wheeler systems, components, and repair techniques. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy parts and equipment.
