Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and online research to generate sales leads. Client Outreach: Contact leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce company products/services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations with the sales team. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of company products/services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to educate prospects on how the company's offerings can meet their needs and solve their problems. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads in a timely manner and track progress through the sales pipeline. Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiation with prospects to address objections, clarify doubts, and close sales deals. Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the sales manager. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from prospects and customers regarding product features, pricing, and market trends. Share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve product offerings and sales strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging communication style. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and through virtual communication channels. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment. Additional Information: This is a full-time position based in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.
