As part of our dedicated kitchen team, we are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join us as a Burger Maker. Job Description: As a Burger Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of burgers according to our recipes and standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are completed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook burger patties, buns, and toppings according to established recipes and cooking procedures. Grill or fry burger patties to the desired level of doneness, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times are observed. Assemble burgers with appropriate toppings, condiments, and garnishes, following standardized recipes and portion sizes. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of burger orders, communicating any special requests or modifications from customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the burger preparation area, including cleaning surfaces, equipment, and utensils regularly. Monitor food inventory levels and inform the supervisor or manager when ingredients need to be replenished or reordered. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and standards at all times, including proper handwashing, storage, and handling of ingredients. Assist with other kitchen tasks and duties as needed, such as food preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning. Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities. Qualifications: Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant setting, is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, including proper food handling and storage procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and interact with customers. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
