As part of our dynamic team, we are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join us as a Barman. Job Description: As a Barman, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our guests, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to established recipes and standards. Greet guests warmly as they approach the bar, take drink orders, and make recommendations based on preferences and taste. Mix and pour drinks accurately and efficiently, using appropriate glassware, garnishes, and presentation techniques. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including cleaning countertops, bar tools, and equipment regularly. Stock and replenish bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies, ensuring adequate levels are maintained at all times. Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to control costs and minimize waste, while ensuring consistency in drink quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing attentive service and anticipating their needs. Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, specials, and menu offerings to inform guests and maximize sales opportunities. Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and procedures, including checking identification and monitoring guest alcohol consumption. Collaborate with other bar staff and team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service. Follow all safety and hygiene regulations and standards to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff. Qualifications: Previous experience as a bartender or barman in a similar establishment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
