Job Description: As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our facility to ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for our guests. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, as well as restocking supplies and assisting with special cleaning projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and other areas of the facility according to established cleaning procedures and standards. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors in all designated areas to remove dirt, debris, and stains. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure they are clean and free of dust and smudges. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas, ensuring proper recycling and disposal procedures are followed. Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels in guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas as needed. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools to ensure they are streak-free and sparkling clean. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and other items as needed. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor or management promptly for resolution. Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment, to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with other cleaning staff and team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support the overall operation of the facility. Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks. Physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
