Job Description: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales opportunities in your assigned territory. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base by promoting our products/services and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, identify, and qualify potential leads and clients in the designated territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services and address customer needs and objections. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets for the assigned territory. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and finalizing contracts. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software or other tools. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and provide insights for decision-making. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development activities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities and interactions with clients and colleagues. Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a drive to succeed and exceed sales goals. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
