Job Description: As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities. This role involves working diligently to keep all areas clean, including public spaces, restrooms, dining areas, and workspaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors regularly to remove dirt, debris, and stains, and maintain a clean and polished appearance. Dust and wipe down surfaces, such as tables, countertops, shelves, and equipment, to remove dirt, grease, and fingerprints. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials in designated receptacles, following proper waste disposal procedures and recycling guidelines. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, to ensure a sanitary environment for staff and guests. Replenish supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, in restrooms and other areas as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air fresheners, and reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, request replenishment as needed, and maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas. Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals, to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient use of time and resources. Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and reaching. Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and sanitizing tasks. Strong work ethic and reliability, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
