As a Restaurant Captain in Payyanur, your primary responsibility is to oversee the dining experience and ensure exceptional service delivery to guests. Monitor order progress, ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks, and address any discrepancies or issues promptly. Menu Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials. Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests, upsell menu items, and promote featured dishes or beverages. Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and beverages are served according to established quality and presentation standards. Conduct regular checks of table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance to maintain a welcoming and attractive dining environment.
