Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients in Palakkad and surrounding areas. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, and ensure timely resolution. Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and address any issues that may arise. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote company offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software. Uphold company policies, values, and standards while interacting with clients and colleagues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Prior experience in the [industry/sector] field is a plus. Fluency in English and Malayalam languages; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Residency or willingness to relocate to Palakkad.
