Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet our quality standards and guest expectations. Ingredient Sourcing and Inventory Management: Source fresh and high-quality ingredients for Chinese recipes, including vegetables, meats, seafood, and specialty sauces. Manage inventory levels of Chinese cooking ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and availability. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in food preparation areas. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cooking equipment, utensils, and workstations. Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses.
