The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and customers. Responsibilities: Surface Cleaning: Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, countertops, tables, chairs, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Ensure that all surfaces are free of dirt, debris, and stains. Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated receptacles throughout the facility. Empty trash bins, replace liners, and transport trash to designated disposal areas. Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper holders, and paper towel dispensers as needed. Ensure that restrooms are stocked with essential supplies at all times. Floor Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors as needed to remove dirt, spills, and stains. Use floor cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and floor scrubbers to maintain cleanliness and appearance. Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools. Ensure that glass surfaces are free of streaks, smudges, and fingerprints. Dusting and Polishing: Dust furniture, shelves, fixtures, and other surfaces to remove dust, dirt, and cobwebs. Polish surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and tools to restore shine and luster. Stocking and Replenishing: Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and consumables, such as paper towels, soap, and trash bags. Restock supplies in designated storage areas and refill dispensers as needed. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and exposure to hazardous materials. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift heavy objects as required in a cleaning role. Capacity to work in a physically demanding environment and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities and meeting work schedules.
