Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth and revenue generation by implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the customer base. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and take proactive measures to achieve sales goals. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Financial Management: Manage branch finances, budgets, and expenses to achieve profitability targets and financial objectives. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-control measures to optimize branch profitability. Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain activities to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of products and services. Optimize inventory turnover, minimize stockouts, and manage inventory shrinkage. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Implement risk management practices to mitigate operational, financial, and legal risks and ensure a safe and secure work environment. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor branch performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational targets. Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards to track progress, identify trends, and communicate results to senior management. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve branch objectives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company. Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion or diversification. Community Engagement: Represent the company within the local community and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and business associations. Build brand awareness, enhance the company's reputation, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Requirements: Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower a team towards achieving common goals and objectives. Managerial Experience: Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a retail, banking, financial services, or related industry. Experience in branch management, sales management, or operations management is highly desirable.
