Collect payment for room service orders, process cash, credit card transactions, or room charges accurately, and reconcile receipts with orders and payments. Retrieve used trays, dishes, and utensils from guest rooms promptly, returning them to the kitchen or dishwashing area for cleaning and sanitization. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service area, including storage areas, service carts, and equipment, following sanitation and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and replenishing condiments, napkins, and other room service items as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
