Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper table settings, resetting tables efficiently between guest seatings to maintain a smooth flow of service. Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverage orders, communicating any special requests or modifications as needed. Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, or electronic payments, and issuing receipts promptly while maintaining confidentiality and security. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to their satisfaction and escalating unresolved matters to management as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations, assist with bussing tables, refilling condiments, and supporting other front-of-house tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred.
