Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data protection laws, and organizational standards. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, documentation, access permissions, and exit interviews, in coordination with HR department. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for staff members, guests, and visitors, including visa processing, transportation, and itinerary planning. Oversee records management and document control systems, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of organizational records, files, and archives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, serving as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders, and coordinating meetings, events, and communications as needed. Manage office security measures, emergency preparedness plans, and health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a secure and supportive work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field. Additional certifications in administration or management are advantageous.
