We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive in Trivandrum. The Business Development Executive will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to sales and business development. Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients and market segments to develop new business opportunities and expand the company's client base. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the industry. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation activities. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored solutions and services to address their business requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, working to achieve win-win agreements that meet both client and company objectives. Track and manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company, consistently delivering strong performance and results. Attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote its products and services. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess market dynamics, and develop effective sales strategies. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
