Conducting assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. Collaborating with teachers and parents to create strategies for student success and behavior management. Organizing workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study skills, and career guidance. Maintaining accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress. Participating in multidisciplinary teams to address complex student issues and develop comprehensive support plans. Staying updated on best practices in counseling, mental health, and education to enhance the effectiveness of interventions. Qualifications: Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, School Counseling, or a related field. Certification or licensure as a School Counselor preferred. Proven experience in counseling students in an educational setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Knowledge of counseling techniques, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
