We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Laptop Technician to join our team in Alappuzha. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops and related peripherals. Maintain accurate records of laptop repairs, including details of the issues encountered, parts replaced, and work performed. Keep abreast of new laptop models, technologies, and repair techniques through self-study and training programs. Assist in inventory management, including tracking laptop parts and accessories, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels. Collaborate with other members of the technical team to resolve complex laptop issues and share knowledge and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations while performing laptop repairs and maintenance tasks. Requirements: Proven experience as a Laptop Technician or similar role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience repairing laptops. Strong knowledge of laptop hardware components, including processors, memory modules, storage devices, and peripheral ports. Proficiency in troubleshooting common laptop issues and performing repairs using specialized tools and equipment. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, and experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically to identify and resolve laptop issues. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented approach to diagnosing and documenting laptop repairs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. Certification or formal training in laptop repair, hardware maintenance, or related field is preferred.
