Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Guest Services: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, from reservation inquiries to check-out. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff, including front desk agents, housekeepers, chefs, servers, and maintenance personnel. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure staff performance meets or exceeds expectations. Financial Management: Develop and manage the resort's budget, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profit optimization. Monitor financial performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to attract guests and increase bookings, including promotional campaigns, packages, and partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for revenue growth. Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, landscaping, and recreational amenities. Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance work. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as industry standards and local laws. Implement safety protocols, emergency procedures, and risk management strategies to safeguard guests, staff, and property. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred. Proven experience in resort management, hotel management, or a similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and guest satisfaction. Business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
