Customization: Prepare tea according to customers' preferences, including adjusting sweetness levels, adding milk or cream, and incorporating flavorings such as ginger, cardamom, or lemon. Follow standard recipes or customer instructions to ensure consistency in tea preparation. Presentation: Serve tea in appropriate cups, mugs, or containers, garnishing with lemon slices, mint leaves, or other decorations as desired. Ensure that tea servings are presented neatly and attractively to enhance the overall customer experience. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and interact with them in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions related to tea preparation. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep tea preparation areas clean and organized, including tea brewing equipment, utensils, and serving stations. Dispose of used tea leaves or bags, empty tea pots, and clean tea strainers or infusers regularly. Inventory Management: Monitor tea inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure availability for customer orders. Maintain records of tea consumption and usage to facilitate inventory management and ordering. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience as a Tea Maker, Barista, or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of different tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor combinations. Ability to follow recipes and customer instructions accurately. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
