As a Juice Maker, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of fresh and flavorful juices for our customers. Responsibilities: Juice Preparation: Wash, peel, and prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing, ensuring freshness and quality. Operate juicers, blenders, and other equipment to extract juice from ingredients and create delicious blends. Recipe Creation: Develop new juice recipes and combinations to expand our menu and appeal to diverse tastes. Experiment with different fruits, vegetables, and flavorings to create unique and appealing juice offerings. Quality Control: Monitor the quality and consistency of juices throughout the preparation process. Taste-test juices to ensure they meet our standards for flavor, texture, and freshness. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations as needed. Answer customer questions about our juice offerings, ingredients, and nutritional benefits. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including juicing equipment, countertops, and storage areas. Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and hygiene of our products. Inventory Management: Monitor juice ingredients and supplies, replenishing stock as needed to meet demand. Keep accurate records of ingredient usage and waste to minimize costs and optimize inventory levels. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience as a Juice Maker, Bartender, Barista, or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Knowledge of different fruits, vegetables, and flavor combinations. Ability to operate juicing equipment and other kitchen appliances safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
