Recipe Development: Create unique juice blends and recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients to offer a diverse menu of healthy and flavorful options. Experiment with different fruit and vegetable combinations to develop new and innovative juice flavors. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing recommendations, answering questions, and taking orders. Customize juice orders based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions. Quality Control: Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in juice preparation, including inspecting fruits and vegetables for freshness and cleanliness. Monitor juice consistency, taste, and appearance to maintain high-quality standards. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the juice bar area, including equipment, work surfaces, and utensils. Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of prepared juices. Inventory Management: Monitor juice ingredients and supplies, replenishing stock as needed and rotating inventory to minimize waste. Keep track of ingredient usage and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor. Upselling and Promotion: Promote juice offerings and specials to customers, encouraging upsells and add-ons such as boosters, supplements, or additional toppings. Participate in promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Juice Maker, Barista, or in a similar role, preferably in a juice bar, café, or restaurant. Knowledge of fruit and vegetable varieties, flavors, and nutritional benefits. Ability to operate juicing equipment and other kitchen appliances safely and effectively. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and deliver exceptional service. Attention to detail and adherence to quality and cleanliness standards.
