Job Description: Juice Maker in Kannur Position Title: Juice Maker Location: Kannur, Kerala, India Job Summary: As a Juice Maker in Kannur, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of fresh and delicious juices, smoothies, and other beverages for customers in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve using high-quality ingredients, following recipes, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide range of fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, and other beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables as needed for juice preparation, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients. Operate juice extraction machines, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality beverages. Measure and portion ingredients accurately, following specified recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency and quality standards. Add sweeteners, flavors, and other ingredients as per customer requests, ensuring customization and personalization of orders. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the juice bar area, including work surfaces, equipment, utensils, and storage areas. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handwashing, sanitation, and storage of perishable ingredients. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and special requests promptly and courteously, providing recommendations and assistance as needed. Operate cash registers, POS systems, or billing software to process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Upsell additional products or add-ons, such as energy boosters, protein supplements, or toppings, to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, communicating with management to reorder supplies as needed. Prepare and maintain garnishes, condiments, and decorative elements for beverage presentation, ensuring aesthetic appeal. Clean and maintain juicing equipment, blenders, and serving utensils regularly to ensure proper functioning and hygiene. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleanup, and restocking of supplies, as directed by management.
