As a SAP Accounting Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction and training in SAP accounting modules to students enrolled in our educational programs. Your role involves planning and conducting lectures, practical sessions, and workshops to develop students' proficiency in using SAP software for financial accounting, management accounting, and enterprise resource planning (ERP). This position requires expertise in SAP accounting modules, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and update course content, syllabi, and learning materials for SAP accounting training programs. Ensure that course content aligns with industry standards, SAP certification requirements, and accounting principles. Instruction Delivery: Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and demonstrations on SAP accounting modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). Conduct hands-on exercises and practical sessions to teach students how to navigate SAP software interfaces, perform accounting transactions, and generate financial reports. Provide real-world examples, case studies, and business scenarios to illustrate the application of SAP accounting modules in various industries. Lab Management: Supervise and assist students in computer labs or training centers to practice using SAP software and complete accounting tasks. Ensure that lab facilities, SAP installations, and training materials are maintained properly and accessible to students during training sessions. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects to assess student comprehension, proficiency, and competency in SAP accounting concepts and functionalities. Evaluate student performance, progress, and mastery of SAP accounting modules, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed. Student Support: Offer academic and technical support to students, addressing questions, clarifications, and challenges related to SAP software usage and accounting processes. Provide guidance and assistance to students in preparing for SAP certification exams and pursuing career opportunities in SAP consulting or accounting roles. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments, updates, and enhancements in SAP software through self-study, online resources, and professional development programs. Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and industry events to enhance teaching effectiveness and contribute to program improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Certification or proficiency in SAP accounting modules, such as SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling). Prior experience in teaching, training, or consulting in SAP accounting modules is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts and SAP functionalities clearly and effectively.
