As a Tally Faculty member, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive instruction and training in Tally software to students enrolled in our educational programs. Your role involves delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and facilitating hands-on exercises to develop students' proficiency in accounting, financial management, and business operations using Tally software. This position requires expertise in Tally ERP 9 or other Tally versions, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to design and update course content, lesson plans, and learning materials for Tally training programs. Ensure that course content aligns with industry standards, accounting principles, and Tally software features and functionalities. Instruction Delivery: Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and demonstrations on Tally software features, modules, and applications. Conduct practical sessions and hands-on workshops to teach students how to use Tally for accounting, inventory management, taxation, and financial reporting. Provide real-world examples, case studies, and business scenarios to illustrate the practical applications of Tally in various industries. Lab Management: Supervise and assist students in computer labs or training centers to practice using Tally software and perform accounting tasks. Ensure that lab facilities, software installations, and training materials are maintained properly and accessible to students during training sessions. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects to assess student understanding, proficiency, and competency in using Tally software. Evaluate student performance, progress, and mastery of accounting concepts and Tally functionalities, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Student Support: Offer academic and technical support to students, addressing questions, clarifications, and challenges related to Tally software usage and accounting principles. Provide guidance and assistance to students in preparing for Tally certification exams and pursuing career opportunities in accounting and finance. Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments, updates, and enhancements in Tally software through self-study, online resources, and professional development programs. Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and industry events to enhance teaching effectiveness and contribute to program improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Certification or proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or other Tally versions, with demonstrated expertise in using Tally for accounting and financial management. Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitating Tally courses or workshops is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting concepts and Tally functionalities clearly and effectively.
