Job Description: As a Customer Relations Executive at [Insert Company Name], you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers in the Kottayam region. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and concerns and providing personalized assistance and support. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and closure. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer queries and provide relevant information or assistance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or other designated systems. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences. Stay updated on company products/services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in the development of customer communication materials, including newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or customer relations, preferably in a similar industry or role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and convey information clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer issues. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting customer interactions and maintaining records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is desirable. Fluency in English and Malayalam languages is essential, with additional languages being an advantage. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
