As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs throughout their stay at our hotel. Your role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive guest experiences. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with various departments to meet guest expectations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Responsibilities: Guest Assistance and Communication: Greet guests upon arrival, provide a warm welcome, and assist with check-in procedures. Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, both in person and through telephone and email communication. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience. Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues effectively, listening attentively to understand their concerns and taking appropriate action to resolve them. Collaborate with relevant departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to address guest needs and ensure timely solutions. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests during their stay to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience. Coordinate special requests or arrangements, such as room preferences, transportation, or special occasions celebrations. Feedback Management: Solicit feedback from guests about their experience and actively listen to their suggestions and concerns. Record guest feedback and comments in the hotel's system, and communicate them to relevant departments for improvement. Follow up with guests after their stay to thank them for their feedback and ensure their continued satisfaction. Administration and Coordination: Maintain accurate guest records, including contact information, preferences, and special requests. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services, such as room reservations, housekeeping requests, and transportation arrangements. Assist in the organization of guest events, meetings, or special promotions as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management software.
